Othello,
the original, tragic love story of Othello and Desdemona written by William Shakespeare.
The play revolves around four central characters: Othello, his wife Desdemona; Cassio; and Jago. A famous play often chosen because of its varied and current themes of racism, love, jealousy, and betrayal. BarBara Wilder played the meaningful part of Desdemona, Othello's wife. Performed by the Berliner Tournee throughout Germany during its tour for one year.
